Tomas Roels aka. TMSV – a dubstep producer and DJ from Utrecht, the Netherlands.
The tunes TMSV makes rely heavily on strong, low basslines and often include driving percussion and reverberating melodies, drawing influences on all kinds of music, such as dub, reggae, techno, metal, hip hop and classical.

His music has gained DJ support from the likes of Distance, Mala, Youngsta and Joe Nice. This has resulted in releases on labels such as Box Clever and Tube10 records and a nomination for Best New Producer in the 2011 Dubstepforum awards.

About TMSV:
TMSV, real name Tomas Roels, is a dubstep producer and DJ from Utrecht, the Netherlands.
After experimenting with electronic music for a few years, Tomas started producing dubstep music in 2007, after hearing early tunes from artists like Digital Mystikz and Skream.
When asked to play out for the first time, he put together a live set, which he performed for a while before making the switch to playing DJ sets.

TMSV’s music is influenced by all kinds of music, such as dub, reggae, techno, metal, hip hop and classical, as well as sound in general.
The tunes TMSV makes rely heavily on strong, low basslines and often include driving percussion and reverberating melodies. Trying to make every tune different from the last, TMSV tunes vary from deep and tribal to techy and futuristic sounding. When DJing, TMSV explores the wide variety of sounds Dubstep is known for.

His music has gained DJ support from the likes of Distance, Mala, Youngsta and Joe Nice. This has resulted in releases on labels such as Box Clever and Tube10 records and a nomination for Best New Producer in the 2011 Dubstepforum awards.

TMSV’s next release, All it Takes/Back Off on Box Clever, will be in shops on may 2nd, 2011.
